Scott Cole, Managing Vice President
Mr. Cole has over 25 years experience in the credit and collections industry. He has had responsibility for managing numerous marketing ventures and GC Services’ governmental marketing division, performance analysis, strategic planning, project implementation, and capital projects. Mr. Cole’s key skills include business strategy and governmental industry analysis, development of collection programs designed to maximize recoveries in all governmental sectors including, but not limited to, court ordered debt, delinquent tax accounts, student loan delinquencies, and child support arrearages.
Dennis Froslan, Managing Vice President
Mr. Froslan has 40 years of experience in the credit and collection industry, where he has had responsibility for managing the sales and marketing division, performance analysis, strategic planning, project implementation, and capital projects. Mr. Froslan’s key skills include business strategy, industry analysis, and development of collection programs designed to maximize recoveries for numerous business portfolios.
